1. The $10 No Deposit Bonus Promotion (the “MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro)” or “Account”) is organised by Saracen Inc (hereinafter the “Company”).
2. The promotion is available ONLY to new account holders. Existing account holders are not permitted to participate in this promotion.
3. Account holders must be of 18 years of age and/or above.
4. Account holders must be citizen of Malaysia only.
5. To be eligible to receive the MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro) Account, the participant must first obtain a new fully approved account.
6. The $10 credited into the Account, by the Company, are in the form of non-withdrawable, non-transferable trading credit (the “Trading credit” or “Credit”) and valid for a period of 90 days from the date the credit was granted.
7. To withdraw any profits generated in the MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro) Account, the Client must satisfy the following conditions:
   • Profits are equal to or higher than $20; traded at least 2 standard lots; and a minimum open position duration of 3 minutes. Only $20 can be withdraw and any withdrawal request contrary to the above will automatically result in cancellation of the $10 trading credit.
   • Only trades on currencies (Forex) and commodities shall be calculated.
8. If the Account is inactive for 30 days or more during the 90 days validity period, the $10 credit will be cancelled.
9. If the Account is stopped out, the $10 credit will be settled.
10. Only ONE $10 Free Account is permitted to one person per household. Participants are not allowed to register using the data of a family member such as, brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants, acquaintances, or any other person/entity. If the Company suspects that a person has registered for the $10 Free Account using the name and/or registration data (including but not limited to IP address, email address, telephone number, physical address, utility bill etc.) of another family member taking part in the $10 Free Account promotion, the Company reserves the right to cancel the $10 credit, without any prior notice. Any attempt to manipulate or attempt to get the bonus using multiple identities or registration will not be tolerated.
11. The Company reserves the right to cancel the $10 Free Account Promotion at any time and without prior notice, to reject offering the $5 Free Account Promotion to any applicant or to cancel the $10 Free Account of any new client, if it determines, at its absolute discretion, that such action is reasonable and/or necessary.
12. SaracenMarkets employees, service providers, associates and/or their family members are not eligible to claim the $10 Free Account.
13. This $10 Free Account Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion(s).
14. The Client agrees that by entering this $10 Free Account Promotion, they consent to the Company processing any personal information which they provide while registering and or participating in the $10 Free Account Promotion. The information is collected and processed between SaracenMarkets related entities and only to such an extent which is necessary to administer and run the $10 Free Account Promotion. Each Client has the right to withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data at any time, but such a withdrawal may result in the disruption, suspension, or termination of the Client’s participation in the $10 Free Account Promotion.
15. The Company may request additional documentation for the Client before or during their participation in the $10 Free Account Promotion and the Client is obliged to provide the requested documentation. Failure to do so may result in the disruption, suspension, or termination of the Client’s participation in the $10 Free Account Promotion.
16. Clients who provide incorrect or fraudulent details during the account opening process will be disqualified from participating in the $10 Free Account Promotion.
17. Failure to abide by any of the terms above, or any of the Company’s general trading terms, may result in the immediate cancellation of both any illicit profits that may have been generated and the $10 credit.
18. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any consequences of any trading credit cancelation or decline, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

      2. If a withdrawal is made, the Trading Credit will be fully removed.
