Terma & Syarat
- The “Raya dan Kaya Trading Contest (the “Raya dan Kaya 2025″ or the “Contest”) is organized by Saracen Inc (hereinafter the “Company”).
- In order to enter (the “Contest”), you must agree to the following terms and conditions set forth on this page (the “Rules”). Because you will be bound by these Rules and these Rules will form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Contest, please read them carefully. You may not enter the Contest and you will not be eligible for the prizes described in these Rules unless you agree to these Rules. You agree that registration for this Contest and/or entry in the Contest constitutes your agreement to these Rules.
- Account holders must be of 18 years of age and/or above. Saracen Markets reserves the right to refuse any person as an entrant.
- Account holders must be citizen of Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia only.
- To be eligible to participate, the participant must obtain a fully verified account.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel the “Contest” at any time and without prior notice, to reject offering the “Contest” to any applicant or to cancel the “Contest” of any new client, if it determines, at its absolute discretion, that such action is reasonable and/or necessary.
- All former and current employees of Saracen Inc, and each of its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Saracen Markets”) and such employees’ immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are prohibited from participating in the Contest.
- The Contest starts on Monday, March 17th, 2025, and ends on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025.
- Registration ends at Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 same time as the contest end date.
- All open orders will be automatically closed at the current market rates at Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 which is the contest’s end date.
- To qualify participation in this “Contest”, participants must deposit a minimum of $50 directly to the Contest Account.
- Deposits must be made directly into the eligible account type. Internal transfers or fund transfers from other accounts are not permitted.
- Each participating Raya dan Kaya 2025 Contest account starts with a deposit minimum of $50 balance and a maximum 500:1 leverage.

The use of Expert Advisors (EAs) or any automated trading robots is strictly prohibited. Any account found using such tools will be disqualified forfeited from the contest.
- The winner will be selected based on the amount of equity with the highest profit percentage.
- The total profit percentage will be calculated from the total amount of your deposit.
- The list of prize winners will be finalised within 7 working days after the trading contest’s conclusion.
- Winners agree to have their names published in Saracen Markets website, news or social pages.
- The price will be transferred directly to the participants USDs wallet. In order to receive a live funded account with Saracen Markets, the participant’s account will undergo approval process by Saracen Markets. If the account is having any doubt or violation of conditions detected, Saracen Markets will give out the prizes in the same amounts to the next contestant with the highest ending percentage. The winners are allowed to withdraw money without restrictions.
- There’s no affiliate applicable for this contest account.
- Participants are not allowed to withdraw funds during the contest period.
- Withdrawals and internal transfers will be disabled during the contest period. You may proceed with withdrawals or internal transfers after the contest period ends.

- The Client agrees that by entering this “Contest”, they consent to the Company processing any personal information which they provide while registering and or participating in the “Contest”. The information is collected and processed between Saracen Markets related entities and only to such an extent which is necessary to administer and run the “Contest” Promotion. Each Client has the right to withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data at any time, but such a withdrawal may result in the disruption, suspension, or termination of the Client’s participation in the “Contest” Promotion.
- The Company may request additional documentation for the Client before or during their participation in the Contest and the Client is obliged to provide the requested documentation. Failure to do so may result in the disruption, suspension, or termination of the Client’s participation in the “Contest”.
- Clients who provide incorrect or fraudulent details during the account opening process will be disqualified from participating in the Contest.
- Failure to abide by any of the terms above, or any of the Company’s general trading terms, may result in the immediate cancellation of participation in the “Contest”.
- Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any consequences of any trading fund cancellation or decline, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.
