    1. Promotion Overview
      1. The 30% Deposit Bonus Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Saracen Inc (“Company”).
      2. By opening a trading account under this Promotion, the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions and the Company’s Trading Terms and Conditions.
    2. Eligibility & Participation
      1. Offered at Saracen Markets’ discretion for first deposits and further deposits by new and verified clients.
      2. Promotion is valid from February 1, 2025, until further notice.
      3. Saracen Markets reserves the right to extend the promotion period.
      4. Clients must be 18 years or older and verified to participate.
      5. Clients must open a new live trading account under the 30% Deposit Bonus – Pro Account category.
    3. Bonus Calculation & Crediting
      1. Bonus is 30% of the deposit amount, with a maximum of $900 USD per client.
      2. Only deposits made via the depositing system in Traders Area qualify.
      3. Internal transfers do not qualify for the bonus.
      4. Bonus is credited as non-withdrawable, non-transferable trading credit (“Trading Credit”).
      5. The bonus is credited once the deposit is received and can be used for trading purposes only.
    4. Trading & Withdrawal Conditions
      1. Profits from the Bonus Account can be withdrawn at any time.
      2. If a withdrawal is made, the Trading Credit will be fully removed.
      3. If the account stops out, the Trading Credit is cancelled.
    5. Account & Participation Restrictions
      1. Only one Bonus Account per person/household is allowed.
      2. Clients cannot register using a family member’s details (e.g., IP address, email, phone number, etc.).
      3. Suspicious registrations or bonus manipulation will lead to Credit cancellation without prior notice.
      4. The company reserves the right to reject applications or cancel Bonus Accounts at its discretion.
      5. Employees, service providers, associates, and their family members are not eligible.
      6. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
    6. Data Privacy & Compliance
      1. Clients agree to the processing of personal information for participation in the Promotion.
      2. Clients can withdraw consent at any time, but this may result in suspension or termination of their participation.
